Please complete the following forms and fax or email to our office if you are interested in leasing one of our homes:

- Landlord Verification
Please provide the following documents when returning the application, employment and landlord Verification to finalize your application process:
- Three months of recent check stubs from employer
- Copy of your driver’s license and social security card
- Any additional income, i.e., voucher, child support, alimony, etc..
Upon approval of your application, please be prepared to pay the security deposit and first month’s rent in the form of certified funds, cashier’s check or money order. Once all information has been received with payment, we will walk with you through the property for a Move-In/Move-Out Inspection to document the condition of the property at the time of move in. Once you have completed the inspection, a copy will be placed in your file. Upon move out of the property, we will walk with you through the property for a Move-Out inspection to determine if there is damage other than normal wear and tear that is to be assessed to the tenant or owner.
